As part of our IT support team, you are the first point of contact for our colleagues and customers for the operation of our IT landscape.
You will be responsible for communication via the ticket system, email and chat, as well as on the phone.
Your tasks will also include preparing workstations and onboarding new colleagues:
Accepting enquiries via the various communication channels
Classifying, answering and resolving enquiries in German and English
Troubleshooting and documentation
Set up workstations and access points for new employees and provide training on handover

You have completed IT training (apprenticeship, technical college, HTL) or have some professional experience in IT support
You have a very good command of German and English
You have experience with SQL
Ideally, you also have experience in one or more of the following areas
Windows 11, Windows Server and/or Linux
Administration of MS365
Basic knowledge of web server technologies (Apache, nginx, IIS, Tomcat, Wildfly)
Basic understanding of network topics (such as LAN, DNS or mail), Active Directory, VPN or cloud services
