• In international software projects, you will act as the interface between our customers and the development team as part of a professional team. 
• You are responsible for the collection, structuring, documentation, and management of requirements in conjunction with technical and professional contact professionals and coordinate these requirements with the stakeholders and project management.

• You conduct on-site workshops and create specifications and concepts.

• Internally, you support and accompany the team in evaluating the requirements as well as in the design and implementation of the software solution.

• You have relevant education (university, university of applied sciences, or technical college)
• Several years of experience in requirements analysis and management of complex individual software projects
• Ideally, you have additional qualifications/certification in requirements engineering (e.g., IREB CPRE)
• Methodological competence and experience in the practical application of RE methodologies/tools, e.g., UML 2, BPMN, Volere
• Experience with standard tools: Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect is advantageous
• Comfortable in communicating within the team or with customers
• German and English skills that leave nothing to be desired for
• You love to structure complex issues and express them clearly in both oral and written form
• Additionally, you should have analytical skills, work independently, take an interest in the challenges of our customers, and be a team player
